I’m so excited to have you join me in this challenge! It’s that time of year where people throw all caution to the wind and figure they’ll pick back up in January (or whenever) with their health goals, but we know it’s not terribly difficult to keep on track through the holidays, as well as other times of the year.
We’re here to show you it is possible and fun with this Planksgiving challenge! Although this challenge was made with the holiday time of year in mind, it can be done any time. After all practicing gratitude and good health should be a lifelong process.
There’s no right or wrong way to do this.
There will be 21 Gratitude prompts, one sent to you each day. Enough for each day of the week, taking off Saturdays and Sundays.
You can take the time to respond to the prompt in a journal, post it on social media (tag us if you do at @heyhealthful1 on IG), or simply take a few minutes to ponder the answer to the prompt in your head. It's up to you.
