Tell Keurig Dr Pepper: "STOP UNION-BUSTING!"

According to records filed with the U.S. Department of Labor on July 8 and reviewed by LaborLab, Keurig Dr Pepper based in Grand Rapids, Michigan has hired a union-busting consulting firm (Flores Labor Relations Inc.) to conduct captive audience meetings with workers attempting to exercise their legally protected right to unionize.

Flores Labor Relations has brought in Jason Greer of Greer Consulting to manage the captive audience meetings. Jason Greer will earn $250/hr. as compensation for pressuring Grand Rapids workers against unionizing.

Captive audience meetings are mandatory meetings held by an employer during work hours in order to pressure employees against joining a union, interrogate workers about the organizing campaign, and disseminate union-bashing materials like videos and flyers. This tactic is a major factor in why private sector unionization has fallen to 6.4%.

Please join LaborLab in demanding Keurig Dr Pepper cease all captive audience meetings -- immediately! -- by signing your name.
