I'm going to give it to you straight. 

I love e-mails. 

Some weeks, you'll only hear from me once. Other weeks you may hear from me daily. It is what it is. 

When I'm inspired AF, I like to share with my community. It'll be a mix of educational content, off the cuff riffs, podcast content, and private invitations to work together whenever I happen to be launching something. 

My most received feedback is this: "I always look forward to opening your emails, they make me feel like I'm opening up a message from a friend!"
