Unfortunately girls... after 40 our metabolic rate drops and our exercise and eating routines that used to work for us don't anymore. Hormones, Stress, Kids, life in general changes us.

It's never too late to start resistance training. Infact girls, in our 40's and 50's it's extremely beneficial for increasing bone density, stability, mobility, posture, confidence, strength, better sleep, lower cholesterol and help look and feel great!
