This is a database for YouTube creators who are victims of fraudulent Content ID claims placed by "AdRev for Rights."

This database is only for creators who can provide evidence of public domain status or royalty-free status for the disputed work.

This database may be shared with legal advisors if it reaches critical mass, and by entering your legal name below you are certifying that 

• you are a victim of proven fraudulent ContentID claims, 
• you would like to seek damages if there is legal support for it, and 
• you would like to demand that YouTube and AdRev for Rights establish a public domain listing in ContentID and AdRev databases that prevents known public domain works from being exploited, with a strike and ban system for repeat fraudulent ContentID claims.
