A fun holiday lifting session!

Hi, I'm Siobhan Milner, an exercise scientist and Strength & Conditioning Coach, currently working with the Dutch Olympic Team. 

When I'm not working with professional athletes, I help people return to movement after injury, thanks to my background in Rehabilitation Science.

I've put together a fun and silly holiday lifting session for you to try! 

I've prepared two options for the session:

  • Full weights and gym access (best for those who are experienced with barbell lifting)
  • A minimal equipment version (great for movers of all levels)
  • Steps towards achieving your goal or goals
