After making a 6-figure income and passive rental income in 20s, I called it quits and stopped working for Corporate America. I got burned out from constant travel, 60+ hours of the work week, and living to build someone else's dream. 8 years ago, I started my frugal living adventures and in the process, bought more real estate, started side hustles and earned more in-demand skills- all that on one income family. My next goal is to live off a completely passive income. The goal is to reach this target in 5 years (2025).
